We had many guests who made interesting comments during interviews this week, but only one stands out. Gary Shansby made this week's best quote. Shansby is the president and CEO of Partida Tequila. He is an accomplished business leader and CEO leading such companies as Shaklee and Famous Amos cookies. Shansby was commenting on his secrets of success as a leader. He says he focuses on three things: 1) focus 2) integrity and 3) results.
