There are times when it's clear that everything we do on the radio is worth it. Monday was one of those days.
Denise Carter, one of our loyal listeners, stopped by the studio. She came bearing a Red Brick Pizza because she liked the fact that Red Brick uses all natural ingredients and has gluten-free dough. The pizza was terrific. But, that wasn't the best thing that Denise delivered.
While we were off-the-air, Denise said something that was even better than the pizza. She said, "I really enjoy the guests you have on the air. Sometimes, they just say one thing that helps crystalize things I've been thinking. It's been really helpful."
Wow! Did that make it all worthwhile! That single comment lifted the spirits of everyone in the studio. As Coach says, "one random act of kindness, improves someone's life, and your life, too."
